Nicole Stutzman has worked at Donna’s Premier Lodging for over 10 years. One of her favorite aspects of her job is creating a unique experience designed to each guests’ needs.  "We often have men call in and say 'I'm looking to surprise my wife,' and we work with them to customize a package that works for them," said Stutzman. She recalls getting a phone call from a young man who wanted to create a proposal his girlfriend would never forget, she got right to work prepping their room for the big night. "We lit candles, sprinkled rose petals everywhere, and had a special CD playing the groom-to-be had requested," said Stutzman. “He videoed the whole event and I later got to watch it …. it was such an honor to have been able to play a part in such an important event in their lives!”.

While not at Donna’s, Stutzman enjoys furthering her knowledge of all things wellness!

Christy Stutzman has been at Donna’s Premier Lodging a total of 13 years! Currently she works on Sundays only.Over the years she has enjoyed getting to know our repeat guests and will often surprise them by calling them by their first name even before they introduce themselves. “I love helping all of our guests figure out what to do in the area and beyond” said Stutzman. “I had guests check-out one day whom I gave a great itinerary of things to do and places to go – they ended up coming back again that night and stayed and extra night with us because they were so impressed with our customer service!”

Stutzman’s spare time is spent with her three kids and all of their many sports’ activities.  She’s also a dedicated Cleveland Indian’s fan and loves any genre of music.

"Everyone here cares so much about making and creating the best possible experience for our guests!" King loves meeting new people and has a talent to make our guests feel welcome and right at home.

"We get people from all over who stay here and it's fun to learn a little about their lives. It's also great to see their smiling and rested faces at check-out."

When not at work, King enjoys going on walks, spending time with her 3 and 9 year old sons and spending time with her family.
