Policies

Deposit Policy

  • We require a 100% deposit at the time a reservation is made. Please call the office to inquire about setting up a payment plan if payment in full is not preferred. 
  • You MUST indicate at the time of reserving if you will be using a Gift Certificate as payment. Refunds will not be issued if you fail to mention you will be using a Gift Certificate. To redeem a Gift Certificate you must call to reserve; you cannot redeem a Gift Certificate on a reservation made online.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $100.00 fee. Cancellations (including rescheduling's) made with less than a 2 week notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We understand that plans change, but as a small establishment with limited availability, we must enforce the cancellation policy WITHOUT EXCEPTION.


Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is between 3:00-5:00 pm; you may schedule for a late check-in if needed. If your room is ready prior to 3:00 pm, we'd be happy to check you in early.
  • Check-out is 11:00 am.


Policies

  • No pets allows (kennel service nearby)
  • No smoking permitted in-doors (smoking is permitted outside on patios/decks)
  • No illegal drugs/substances
  • No damage (including but not limited to: excessive clean-up, missing items, furniture moved)
  • No visitors or unregistered guests


Non-compliant guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement and charged a minimum fee of $250
