Reservation Policies

Deposit Policy

 1 or 2 nights
 Minimum $100 deposit due at the time of reserving
 3 nights
Minimum of 1st night due at the time of reserving
4 or more nights
Minimum of 50% of the reservation total due at the time of reserving
 **Full payment is required on select dates, group reservations, and online reservations**

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations/reschedulings made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $15 fee.  Cancellations/reschedulings made with less than a 2 week notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Romancing the Stone Cabin; we require a 3 week notice to receive a full refund less a $50 fee.  Less than a 3 week notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Reservations made through 3rd party sites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc) are subject to their cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is between 3:00-5:00 pm; you may schedule for a late check-in if needed.  If your room is ready prior to 3:00 pm, we'd be happy to check you in early.  Check-out is 11:00 am. 

Policies

  • No pets allows (kennel service nearby)
  • No smoking permitted in-doors (smoking is permitted outside on patios/decks)
  • No illegal drugs/substances
  • No damage (including but not limited to: excessive clean-up, missing items, furniture moved)
  • No visitors or unregistered guests

Non-compliant guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement and charged an extra cleaning fee when applicable.

Other Information

Premium rates apply to certain holidays (Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day), as well as special events, weekends in October, the week between Christmas and New Year's and other select holiday weekends.
